Hi everyone, My name is sears and I am new to quitting I am 47 hrs smoke free and On my way to a new life! I am here as I am finding more the issue is breaking my old habits I am not craving them I really don't want any It just keeps coming to mind when I do things that now I would have had a smoke". Also my husband has never smoked and isn't very supportive so far and I'm kind of looking for some tips on how to stay positive and what other people have done.
