Just checking in with my quit update...
Hi everybodyI have been quit for a year now and just wanted to share the process that my body went through.In the beginning I had cravings for coffee, icecream and chocolate which meant added pounds and the cravings lasted about 9months but I didnt crave cigarettes. I found out that my dopamine levels were low and my body was trying to bring it up through the caffeine and sugars...but I learned that exercising at the gym helped to increase my dopamines and the food cravings stopped. In the beginning y999ou dont have to exercise hard, just enough to increase your heart rate.Gas/ bloating was for about 6months. After that I learned that there were certain textured foods that my body could digest - only the soft light breads - angel hair pasta - juicy melt in your mouth med/rare steaks - anything light - Foods that are filling for me are usually heavy and my body cant digest it and I get stomach cramps.The problem, is I eat more to satisfy the need to feel full while eating - If I dont
