Can a message board trigger a relapse?
Of course NOT, it's just an excuse, but I swear, just.....being here..... tests me.I'm off for a while guys, I love you all, even the ones I've been debating with, but I'm going to do this solo and try to CENTRE myself somewhere in the middle of Will's advice. I came to realize some time ago that this is something I gotta do by myself. Now I've got to put that decision into practice. Cheerio!!!! And THANK YOU.....EVERYONE......for all your help to date.
