I just don't understand

First of all I am not directing this at any one person. I have been here for a year and honestly I have never seen the board in such disarray. I guess what I find very confusing is why new folks would come to a support board and then try to tell people who have been smoke free for years that they are somehow doing it wrong, giving poor advice, not saying what the newbie wants to hear and so they are taking their toys and leaving. If anyone had all the answers why in the world would they even seek out a board such as
