One Cigarette Per Day - Help.

Hi everyone. I'm new here. This is my story, and though I may not have a specific question per say, I need your help.I am 26 and have been smoking since since I was 14. For the last 10 years I smoked just about a pack a day. Most days a little under, sometimes a little more. I "quit" smoking October 4th. I destroyed my tobacco the evening before, and when I woke up the next day - I just didn't smoke. The first 60 hours of being nicotine free were hell. I was very much on edge, irritable, and crying excessively. I didn't expect to "grieve" over cigarettes so that aspect of the quit came as a surprise. I bought a pack of cigarettes on Day 3 of the quit. I did not open that pack until I had been smoke free for 72 hours, and then I allotted myself 1 cigarette. Since then, I have smoked between 1/4 and 1 cigarette a day. My cravings are controllable and my addiction is psychological in nature at this point. It is that 1 cigarette at the end of the day
